walls with products recommended by the Energy Saving Trust.

heat is kept in the room compared to a single glazed timber window.

The boiler at The Grove offers you 95% energy efficiency with its condensing boiler.
This is due to its ability to extract heat from the flue gasses which would normally
be lost into the atmosphere.

Carefully selected energy efficient appliances can use up to 40% less energy which
can save on CO2 emissions and up to £20 per year on your electricity bill for each
appliance.

We support the Chain of Custody when looking for our timber, which traces timber
back to the forest to ensure it comes from environmentally accountable sources.

Energy light bulbs save 80% of the energy used by a typical light bulb, each one
lasting up to 8 years. We fit a minimum of three in every new property.
