Every kitchen has a stainless steel oven, ceramic hob and extractor hood as standard
fittings. There is a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and drainer with complimenting

We have fitted white recessed downlights to each bathroom, ensuite and kitchen.
For convenience and security, outside an external light to the front door can be
operated via a switchable dusk till dawn sensor and there is also power and lighting

Keeping warm...
Each home is fitted with a high efficiency oil fired boiler for central heating
and hot water. Zonal control creates the right temperature throughout the house
with thermostatically controlled radiators. We are even able to offer solar hot
water as an optional extra - subject to construction stage - please ask your Sales
Advisor for further details. All ensuites have heated towel rails and there is mains
water pressure to all taps.
Each home is tastefully and stylishly decorated using quality materials.

All internal doors are in oak veneer with contemporary satin chrome ironmongery,
and all internal walls are painted in off-white emulsion. The internal joinery throughout
is painted in white with a satin finish, as is the staircase which has an oak handrail.

Solar water heating systems use free heat from the sun to warm domestic hot water, which is stored in the hot water cylinder. The conventional oil fired boiler will automatically fire up to provide hot water when solar energy is unavailable.
Hot water throughout the year:
The system will work all year round, although the conventional boiler will be required
more frequently in the winter months.
Cut your bills:
Sunlight is free, so once you have paid for the initial installation, your hot water
costs will be reduced. The system can provide at least 40-60% of all your hot water
requirements throughout the year.
Cut your carbon footprint:
Solar hot water is a green, renewable heating system and does not release any harmful
carbon dioxide or other pollutants. The average domestic system reduces carbon dioxide
emissions by around 400kg per year.
