Mersea Homes are working with Tiptree Parish Council with the allocation of this scheme in the Tiptree Neighbourhood Plan. The scheme is set to deliver an additional c.225 homes of a mix of sizes, land for employment uses, a green buffer to the existing properties along Oak Road along with public open space.
