Mersea Homes have secured an allocation in the emerging local plan in the well placed community of Abberton & Langenhoe. The development will be for fifty carefully designed village homes on land off Peldon Road. The proposal will also provide for a community carpark to help with access to the primary school, together with other infrastructure improvements as required.
